We offer specialist training sessions which can be provided on-site at care homes, residential care premises or to any organisation via online webinars. Our free training sessions are delivered by an experienced Solicitor and cover a range of topics including:

  • Safeguarding vulnerable people

  • Recognising and reporting financial abuse

  • The Court of Protection and Deputyship

  • Differences between Lasting Power of Attorney and Deputyship

In addition to our free training and advice sessions (which can be tailored to meet the needs of the audience) we also answer any questions from participants either at the end of the session or in the form of an enquiry by email or phone at any time after the session has been delivered.
